BUFF® DryFlx Review: Look out winter, here I RUN!

“Disclaimer: I received the BUFF® DryFlx neck warmer and hat to review as part of being a BibRave Pro. Learn more about becoming a BibRave Pro (ambassador), and check out BibRave.com to review, find, and write race reviews!”

I was lucky enough to test out another product from BUFF®!  This time it was the DryFlx neck warmer and hat.  This combo was the perfect welcome to the winter months and incoming cold weather.  Here in the north east we get some pretty chilly temps early in the year.  Now, they may not be as bad as some of the northern states like Minnesota or Canadian provinces, but still pretty chilly! BUFF® to the rescue!

So we’ve established these are warm, how about comfort?  If you haven’t tried a BUFF® product, they’re some of the most comfortable gear out there.  The new 4-Way ULTRA STRETCH material is just ridiculous.  Totally conforming and extremely light weight!  It’s exactly what you need when you’re on the move either running, or just out on your daily grind.  That’s the other thing with BUFF®, the style isn’t ridiculous where you can *only* wear them when out on a run or biking or hiking.  These can be worn wherever, whenever.

Here’s a bit more info from their website:

*UPF 50+
Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) measures the amount of UV radiation that penetrates a fabric and reaches your skin. A fabric rated with a UPF of 50 will allow only 1/50th of the sun’s UV rays to pass through. In other words, it blocks 49/50ths or 98% of the UV radiation. UPF 50+ is the highest possible rating. Samples of fabrics have been tested for UV protection by LEITAT—Textile Technology Institute in accordance with the standard AS/NXS4399:1996 “Sun protective clothing–Evaluation and Classification.”
